île de Ré Coarse Grey Sea Salt - 165g
Every afternoon, when the weather is right, they make magic. For purists, nothing compares to sea salt that has been hand-harvested from the coast of L'Île de Ré since the 12th century.
This gourmet, coarse sea salt has a briny, slightly sweet flavour from its high mineral content and retains its natural subtle grey hue. It is one of the world’s most prized sea salts. Used by the French to make salt crust for cooking. It adds its fabulous taste and texture to grilled vegetables. Excellent garnish caramels, chocolates or shortbread cookies.
Chick’none Bouillon + Spice Mix - 105g
Our savory Chick’none Bouillon + Spice mix adds incredible flavour to your recipes and meal prep, including rice, soups, gravies, sauces, and so much more.
We use 100% organic spices from a Canadian, family-owned company in this blend with the addition of nutritional yeast. Nutritional yeast is a great source of vitamins and minerals. It also contains all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein like those found in animal products.
