Instructions from Frozen:
Pre-heat oven to 375°F / 175°C
Remove paper lid and place loaf pan on baking sheet
Bake for 40 minutes
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes
Instructions from Defrosted:
Pre-heat oven to 375°F
Remove paper lid and place loaf pan on baking sheet
Bake for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes
This hearty, gluten-friendly loaf is so much more than a loaf. Packed with flavour and loaded with plant protein it makes for a delicious entrée for party season and of course holiday dinner. It is also amazing the next day in a sandwich!
Leftovers will last 5 days in the refrigerator, in covered containers or freeze individual slices for ease of use.
Reheat by the slice not the whole loaf or it may become too dry.
