Vegan (V), Gluten Friendly (GF)
Filling: Green Lentils, Carrots, Organic Corn, Kale, Onion, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Herbs & Spices, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.
Mashed Potatoes: Potatoes, Organic Oat Milk (Oats, Water), Vegan Butter (Organic Steam-Refined Coconut Oil, Organic Oat Milk, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Non-GMO Soy Lecithin, Sea Salt), Parsley, Fresh Thyme, Sea Salt, Pepper.
Storage + Shelf Life:
Refrigerator: 3 days
Freezer: 6 months
Preparation:
If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. Cook from thawed.
1. Pre-heat oven to 375-400 degrees F
2. Remove lid and cover with foil
3. Place container in pre-heated oven
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes- remove foil and bake for 5-10 more minutes until golden
5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
From Frozen: Follow instructions above and cook for 1.5 hours.
Usage:
Enjoy on a bed baby spinach or kale, with our miso gravy (available on our site) or a side green salad.
